Mithhraun - Lava Resort & Restaurant - Midhraun

Looked super fresh and attentive personal service with cozy countryside charm.

Had a very good stay, the hotel is lovely modern.

We had a twin room with full kitchen.

Stayed in immaculately clean apartment with full kitchen.

Our visit was lovely, especially when we witnessed the Northern Lights from our room. The spacious two-bedroom apartment with heated floors that were perfect after a day of hiking. Watching the lights dance from the comfort of our living area was lovely. Plus, being surrounded by stunning lava fields.

The room was large with a microwave oven, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment.

Exceptionally clean property, superbly friendly stuff. The rooms with bathroom. Nice pool, parking on site. Remote location, superb base for discovering Midhraun. Nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Thank you very much for the stay in this property - would love to return. Excellant modern place with free parking, so do n't hesitate to come here by car. The twin room is bright and quiet. Shared bathroom is impeccably clean. The location is remote, right by the Snaefellsnes peninsula and waterfalls and the Snaefellsnes Peninsula...

I had the most very nice time at this resort! The geothermal hot tub experience was unlike anything I've ever had-so relaxing after a day of adventures. The farm-to-table dining showcased local flavors that left my taste buds singing a happy tune.

The front door has no privacy treatment. Poor kitchen layout creates safety hazards, and limited options for drying laundry add inconvenience!!! Improve the bathroom design for a better experience!!!

The shared facilities at mithhraun, lava resort were decent. The location is fine, right by the mountains. I loved the cozy, clean atmosphere that really enhanced our experience.

Absolutely loved the cozy two-bedroom apartment! The geothermal pool was great after a day of exploring. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and didn't mind the extra fee for the pool. The scenic mountain views were fine. Definitely a unique and charming place!

The location offered amazing views, and we loved the accessible creek just outside our window. A third adult would find the ladder access to the loft bed inconvenient. Prepare to bring your own essentials, as self-catering means no complimentary tea or milk is provided.
